Policy and Refund Policy

There are no refunds for one time payment or subscriptions.

This policy of no refunds includes the following circumstances but not limited to:

Player injured

Parent/Player decides not to finish the season (for any reason)

Parent/Player cannot make it to an event that was previously scheduled.

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions can be paused during the duration of payment plan at the discretion of the President of ProPlayer Athletics.

Exceptions
Player has signed up and registered to play in events, but the team does not make for the spring/summer/ fall or winter event or season and the ProPlayer Athletics staff does not have a team that they athlete can play on within the organization. The parent cannot can deny the offer, but this does not warrant a refund as ProPlayer Athletics has provided events and a team for the athlete to participate. The other exception is if it was found that a criminal act ensued by one of the coaches or staff directly affecting the eligibility or well-being of the athlete.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@proplayerathletics.com.

 

Employees, practice venues, equipment, tournaments, clinics and many other operating expenses are taken care of with your financial commitment. If a player is injured, we are more than willing to credit the player for future events and we want all athletes to know that they have a home when the injury is healed.
